At Dhyaana Farms, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests’ needs while maintaining our commitment to providing a unique and personalized experience. Please review our refunds and cancellations policy outlined below:

1. Reservation Deposit

  • - A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation at Dhyaana Farms.

2. Full Payment

  • - Full payment for your stay must be made 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellations Made 46 Days or More Before Arrival

  • - If you cancel your reservation 46 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your payment, minus any applicable bank or card processing charges.

b. Cancellations Made 45 Days or Less Before Arrival

  • - If you cancel your reservation 45 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, 100% of your payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.

4. No-Show Policy

  • - In the event of a no-show, 100% of the payment will be retained, and no refund will be provided.

5. Changes to Reservation

  • - Any changes to your reservation, including changes in dates or duration of stay, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

  • - In the event that your stay is affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a refund as appropriate, considering the specific situation.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 7-10 business days after the situation has been reviewed and approved for a refund.
